Wrath - heat or rage… it escalates 

Harsh - a specific word to incite pain

Anger - Not only makes you angry but changes your countenance 

  - This is one more opportunity to lean in on Gods grace and be changed in a healthy way,,, become more like Jesus.

  -  remember, silence is not strength but rather cowardice and weakness.
