In this episode of Adapt Now, Tanya Ellen and David Dodd chat with Fatima Zohra Rahmoun. Fatima is an executive member of the World Association of PPP Units and Professionals and is the Head of the Women Chapter. Fatima is based in Morocco where she works with the Moroccan PPP Unit within the Ministry of Finance.

We discuss the role women have in designing and implementing infrastructure, and include examples of the design perspectives women bring that are often missed by a male only leadership team in PPPs. We also touch on practical strategies that can be implemented to ensure gender parity in senior roles in PPPs.
