It is the very reason past nations fell - even after witnessing miracles with their own eyes. It is why some Muslims cannot recognise truth anymore - even when it stands clearly in front of them. It is why sins feel easier than obedience. It is why misguided voices sound convincing. It is why the heart feels dark, heavy, and spiritually dead.
