No one wants to be in the wilderness. There's no water, no food, torment, confusion, no movement, and did I mention even fasting? But God has a plan and the wilderness has purpose. In the wilderness, believers, just like Israel and Jesus, are prepared to use the great anointing which has been deposited inside of them for the purpose of setting the captives free, healing the sick, raising the dead, and healing the broken hearted.
