I didn't expect this book to be life changing, but it was. It helped to open up my eyes about the simplicity of life and how easy it is to actually to live a purposeful happy life, just by following the DICE rule. The Dice chapter literally blew my mind. I gave it to my 13 year old daughter to read, as she was going through depression and she loves the book too. I have noticed some changes in her behavior and she even made her version of the Dice and every day she checks off what she has accomplished.
I recommend this book to anyone feeling a bit lost or battling depression. Every teenager should read it also. It does make a difference and motivates you to strive for your own best.
The best part, the book is very compact, under 150 pages with a large print, but with a lot of detailed knowledge. 5 stars from me.
