I start this podcast with a mini-rant on blame and shame and miscarriage and why I think we need to shift this old paradigm and way of thinking. It’s literally everywhere; in the foods we’re told we shouldn’t eat to the air we breathe to the studies that say…this causes miscarriage. I am feeling this one strong as I realize how deep this programming has gone. Then, the real podcast for today! I don’t bring my kids to medical doctors and here’s why. It doesn’t make me a hero, it makes me someone that knows what I get when I go there and how I mostly think it’s a system of illness and death rather than health.
