Did you know that 75 million people left their jobs in 2021? 

Forbes states that that number will grow immensely in 2022.

It's even being called The Great Resignation 

but why? 

Well our world has been challenged with a lot of changes over the last 2 years, and any time there is change, people begin to re-evaluate things. 

I think now more than ever people are wondering what their purpose is? If they are truly happy? And if they could be doing anything else that would make them happier.
