Obedience isn't about control or earning God's approval. It's about alignment. This episode reframes obedience as a response to gratitude, not pressure, and exposes how easily we settle for partial surrender while convincing ourselves it's enough. Through Jesus' words and the widow's offering, we're reminded that God looks at the heart, not the size of the sacrifice. Grace doesn't remove obedience. It makes full surrender possible.
