Why on earth would I want to feel my pain?

Pain is part of life, but does it always need to make us suffer? With almost 2 decades of personal experience with chronic pain and illness, I have learnt a lot about myself and about the nature of pain. This channel is my way of sharing my experience and knowledge - how I went from pain to relief, and how I continue to to use what I have learnt in my life today. Perhaps it may be helpful to you on your own personal journey with pain.
