Just 10 short years ago we were struggling BIG time on the parenting journey. One of the biggest things we struggled with was our response. When our children became triggered, or melted down, or were anxious, or dysregulated, we responded the wrong way. And frankly, that caused things to become worse. Fortunately, through a series of transformational events (trainings, readings, and research) we discovered a new way to respond. One that brought healing, connection, and began to repair broken attachment.
