We’re going to have fun in today’s episode with my amazing friend Becki. Y’all, this girl is one of the most encouraging people I know. She’s always speaking life to others. She makes me a better person and I know after today’s episode, she’ll do the same for you. 

Becki has been in management in the service industry for many years and she’s learned a lot of lessons along the way that we’re going to discuss in today’s episode. Leadership is hard. Words matter. And it’s important to have fun in our jobs.
