Recently my wife and I were watching "The Chosen" series that follows the disciples of Jesus. While watching an episode from Season 3, it sparked a discussion between us. Peter was one of the closest apostles to Jesus. But when you read how he denied Jesus three times, denying that he was with Him, it makes me wonder, "why?" What were the thoughts going through Peter's head each time he chose to deny Jesus.
