It's a really interesting time for podcasts. Recent research has shown that from 2013 to now, podcast consumption has increased to 15% of Americans. That means 15% of all Americans have listened to a podcast, which is a huge number of people. It's almost as many people as use Twitter or Instagram.
People are so busy. The more technology we have, the busier we get. That's why podcasting has is on the rise – it allows you to do something useful as you're doing something else that's useful.
As a result, today I'm announcing a new venture called MarketingPodcasts.com, a discovery engine for marketing podcasts. You can search by category, topic, audience approval rating, and more to find new podcasts to learn from. Check out the site and let me know what you think!
