My guest this week is a former Miss Arizona title holder, graphic design boss babe, and all around beautiful human being! I met Alexa Rogers nearly a decade ago and we reconnected on this week's episode to talk all about confidence, her pageant experience, and growing a side hustle.

Alexa Rogers graduated with a degree in business management, a Spanish minor, and an international business certificate from Arizona State University. She later went on to be Miss Arizona 2014 where she championed her platform of fighting homelessness for at-risk youth. With over 10 years of marketing & graphic design experience, she is the owner and designer behind Social Light Design where she creates custom GIFs, Snapchat Geofilters, printables and other designs for brands or your next event. Alexa is also a Global Executive Projects Manager for a boutique business consulting firm.
