I was a shy, soft-spoken ESL student afraid of answering questions in class, expressing my opinions, and sharing my ideas. Fifteen years later, I’ve become a professor of Communication Studies and a National Award-Winning Speaker. I've won 73+ awards, authored 2 self-help books and 4 university textbooks, and pushed my students to communicate with confidence -- not just on stage.
