Queensland’s beloved heritage-listed icon is getting a massive $10 million makeover, complete with a family-friendly craft brewery, a sit-down cafe, and the return of its famous 12-flavour parfait menu.

Owner Peter Kendall joined Carla to share his vision for reimagining the Sunshine Coast attraction for a new generation, including what happened to Princess Diana’s famous train carriage.
