Why Rationalizing Doesn't Work During a Panic Attack

In today's episode, I discuss some of the reasons associated with why rationalizing doesn't work immediatley during a panic attack. Like most things, once you're in the midst of a panic attack, one of the only ways to let it come down naturally, is to not react to it, and let the short half-life of adrenaline work in your favor towards ultimately feeling better.
