About Gaetano Ciambriello:

Gaetano started his career at an investment bank but quickly realized that was not his calling. Working 60 hours a week to make someone else rich, while barely scraping by in New York, Gaetano knew it was time for a change.

In April 2020 Gaetano bought his first investment property, and in June 2020 he left Wall Street. Now he is investing in student housing in Connecticut, and operating a mortgage brokerage. His portfolio consists of 15 units, 65 student beds, and over $1,000,000 in rental income per year.

At this point, Gaetano has bought homes on-market and off-market. He has financed purchases with conventional loans, FHA loans, and hard money. He has BRRRR'd and used the equity in his properties to expand his portfolio.

Gaetano now works as a real estate investing coach, helping others grow their portfolios and build their own wealth.
