I am back after a two-week break from this podcast! The last weeks were packed with moving houses, covid messed with my plans, I did a Designing Your Life Coaching training, and on top of it all, work was just very busy too! So I simply needed some time to rest and recharge.
And because I know that taking breaks, slowing down, and allowing idleness, is a challenge for so many of you, I thought I record an episode around this topic today and talk about why rest is so important if you want t change your life and reach your goals.
