This section of Jesus’ teaching is very much meat & not milk. This is some intense disciple building material - it is not for the weak of heart! Maybe that’s why we have to begin with the question, why review anything? Maybe the answer is obvious for you. Your life is wrecked and you need answers. But maybe, you look around and think life is pretty good. Why rock the boat? If we open up that wall who knows what we will find, better to just put a new coat of paint on it!
