In this keynote lecture Professor David Oppenheimer of U.C. Berkeley's School of Law speaks about civil rights and equality rights under Ronald Reagan and under the current presidency of the United States. Professor Oppenheimer spoke as part of the Berkeley Comparative Equality and Anti-Discrimination Law Conference recently held at Trinity Long Room Hub.
