Doubt is a close companion to every career move I make. I question whether or not it's the right time to switch jobs, if I chose the right organization, if I'm truly cut out for whatever it is I've decided to do. I wonder what my family and friends will think, what the future implications will be, or if I'll regret it.

In today's episode, I open up about a particular career move that caused me to second-guess my decisions to leave a job and take another one. And I offer my perspective on why second-guessing yourself is normal, but not necessary.
