I've struggled with self-love so many times in my life. Between my marriage, raising kids, and throwing everything I had into my job, it was hard to make time for myself, much less to appreciate myself. To love myself.

But all that changed when I realized that putting everyone and everything else first was not only hurting ME, it was hurting them, too. When I left myself behind, I couldn’t be the wife, mom or business owner  I knew I had the potential to be.
