Matthew 16:13-18

2 Corinthians 5:14-18

Addiction - “The state of being enslaved to a habit or practice or to something that is psychologically or physically habit-forming"

I am addicted:

A) I am addicted to judge others

B) I am addicted being selfish

C) I am addicted to NOT being transparent

D) I am addicted to avoiding other people burdens

E) I am addicted to pleasing people

F) I am addicted to expecting forgiveness when I need it, but withholding it when someone else needs it.

2 Corinthians 5:14-18

The church is place where:

1.) We learn and are reminded to be controlled by the love of Christ (v.14)

2.) We learn and are reminded to no longer live for ourselves (v.15)

3.) We learn and are reminded to stop judging people by the outside (v.16)

4.) We learn and are reminded that we are a new creation (v.17)

5.) We learn and are reminded that we are reconciled to God (v.18)

6.) We learn and are reminded about the reality of grace (v. 18)
