As pros in the Green Industry, we often find ourselves on the wrong end of the deal. This happens for a lot of reasons, but it can't be this way. The best defense is to start using a service agreement. There are so many benefits to using a service agreement (contract) which we don't get into today, but remember if you want to be treated like a professional, you have to act like a professional.
