Today's episode is all about keeping yourself marketable.  What "basket of skills" do you have that will keep you marketable and get the attention of a prospective employer?  

What makes your marketable?  What do you have to offer?  Why would an employer want to hire you?  It is so much more than personality because a bubbly personality with no brains equals disaster in a job.

You, as an employee, determine your path of complacency or acceleration.  It is not up to your employer to help you succeed, but it is up to you to know your value and worth.
