Many people use the Bible simply as a decoration in their home. It may look nice on the coffee table but they really have no idea of the truth it contains. Others read it, but they just nibble at it with a piece here and a piece there. Still others run to the experts for prophetic revelation when they already have it right in their hands. The Bible is God's word to us and we need to read it from cover to cover.
