Why should you write down your thoughts?

Everyone has a front stage, but we have a darker picture, the backstage of hidden flaws. The unrealistic perfection we display front stage is due to the digital era, it is a fallacy. 

The overall purpose is to share:
Past; How we were.
Present; Who we are.
Future; How we will become.

What has worked, what hasn’t worked, and what we are experimenting with? There is no right or wrong, we live in the grey. The quicker we accept that, we can further humanity through shared experiences.
