Dr Geoff Arnold is an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with almost 20 years of experience working within the NHS. He is now launching Get Your Mind Outside, an innovative outdoor therapy service that combines the restorative power of nature with evidence-based psychological support.
Geoff specialises in helping people recover from trauma, including complex experiences involving abuse, neglect, and adversity. His approach draws on a range of therapeutic methods, blending body-based practices, cognitive therapies, and nature-based interventions to provide a holistic pathway towards healing, resilience, and lasting wellbeing.
Passionate about the connection between people and the natural world, Jeff believes that meaningful recovery involves engaging both mind and body. Through his work, he helps clients develop greater self-understanding, emotional regulation, and a renewed sense of connection with themselves and their surroundings.
Away from his professional life, Geoff is a keen outdoorsman, a skilled craftsman, and a devoted father, bringing the same authenticity, curiosity, and grounded perspective to his personal life as he does to his therapeutic practice.
