On June 11, 2018, the FCC ended network neutrality in the United States. What this means is that not all internet users have access to the same information, and companies can now sensor or even block the information it's users have access to. This is one of the reasons why you see certain information being taken down on various social media platforms. Censorship in America is one of the biggest issues we face today.
