#84: Today’s episode is a little different. It’s not another gift breakdown or personality deep-dive. It’s a heart-to-heart. A bit of a wake-up call. And, honestly, it’s something I’ve been carrying for a long time.

Because here’s the truth:

We talk about purpose.

We talk about calling.

We talk about being the body of Christ.

But very few churches are teaching people how to understand how they were formed by God to function within that body. And that, to me, is a huge missed opportunity.

So today, we’re going to talk about why motivational gifts need to be part of the conversation in our churches, our small groups, and our families — and how ignoring them might be part of the reason so many believers are feeling burned out, underutilized, or spiritually confused.
