A very casual birds-eye view into a support group with lots of quick edits and about 45 minutes cut short so that you could get the meat of the group and the topic of why the holidays hurt.

This group's first half, which you will hear, is filled with prompts, questions, and some exploration. The second half dives deeper into specifically targeted issues based on client feedback, and the last third is a conversation that is client-based only, either 1:1 clients or support group clients.

While this episode is more about feelings, think of how these feelings translate into your finances. Something to think about.
