Welcome to the very first episode of the very first season of DFW Disruptors! 

This is Dallas-Fort Worth, which means there is no shortage of amazing entrepreneurs and creatives to learn from. They are the individuals and partners that make this great city BIG in their own special way. 

It is just my luck that I happen to have known an entrepreneur my entire 27 years of life; my dad. 

He's a proud man with a life of many harsh realities before he could touch the American Dream that so many Vietnamese boat people sought. He escaped the heat of communism and managed to keep his cool long enough to see his HVAC business flourish under the Texas sun. 

In this episode, he shares with us how he got into the business and what makes him successful, as well as his advice to new entrepreneurs.
