Why Those Tears?

All three sons of a mother were participating in a war. After some days news came that the first son was killed. 

The mother just smiled and said, “He is fortunate to die for the nation.” Again, after a few days, the second son also died in the battlefield. Then also the mother said, “I am happy to be the mother of another valiant son, who gave his life for the country.” 

The third son also met with the same fate. This time, when she heard the news, inspite of her proud smile, there were also a few drops of tears in her eyes. “At last you weep,” said a man standing by her side. “Yes” she said, “I weep because I have no more sons to sacrifice for my beloved motherland.”
