Sometimes, groups of Christians are called 'legalists' for calling upon people to follow the Word of God according to the pattern he set out in the New Testament. They say that God is a God of grace, and doesn't care about the little things. Here in Exodus 35, we find that God did care about the little things, especially concerning the tabernacle. Why was it necessary to build the tabernacle according to the pattern? In Lesson 143 of our study of Exodus we learn the answer to this question.
