Many people are careless with their language and words. Our words have the ability to make or break someone. The words you use can uplift you or deprive of your own talents and gifts. It not only affects you but also has a great potential to affect others with your calibration of words. 

You can either encourage and uplift someone or you could put them down so bad that it destroys their spirit. Karma never forgets anybody's address. So, please be watchful of what you do others because what you sow is what you reap.
