What do we do when you realize that your work isn't working for YOU anymore? Any of the following phrases sound familiar?

I loved music. But now that I’ve been working for a non-profit orchestra, music doesn’t light me up anymore.

I don’t love writing anymore - it’s alright and I’m good at it. But doing it for clients sucks.
