How well you control the asset is how well the asset performs. When you have control of the company, you can pivot and make changes right away instead of complaining about the management company. We make more money because our properties are being managed well, and our maintenance guys go through an entire task list to do all preventative maintenance each time they are in a unit. That alone is worth it.
