We have a lot to be thankful for with CrossFit... Yes, CrossFit saved out life! It allowed us to leave dead end jobs that we were miserable with and open our own gym. We met some amazing and some not so amazing people because of CrossFit. We even had many sleepless nights, and  many restful nights. We've been afforded the ability to make changes in many people's lives and many have kicked us in the gut! 

With all of that, we will always be thankful for CrossFit... But, there comes a time when the direction of a company no longer align with the values and beliefs you now have. Over the past year, CrossFit has made many changes. These changes have allowed us to re-evaluate where we stand and if we want to affiliate and support a company that we no longer align with. 

The difficult decision to no longer affiliate with CrossFit was a tough and difficult decision... but Dave & Corian discuss why they ultimately chose to no longer affiliate the gym as a "CrossFit" gym.
