Billionaires don't get much admiration today because of increasing wealth disparity. Phrases like "eat the rich" and "tax the rich" are popular. Many advocate for billionaires to be heavily taxed. Some even want the government to expropriate their wealth. While it is true that billionaires sometimes take advantage of the system, the role they play in the economy is very critical. We cannot afford to "eat the rich" because we actually need them.
