Why We Need To Have This Conversation About Intimate Partner Violence :Inhumane Mistreatment and Vicious Cruelty Is Not An Exscuse To Abuse. No one has the inherant right to abuse someone, torment them , physically , emotionally abuse , harass, harangue and continually pathologically aggravated stalk , emotional abuse  someone in the manner of compromising their sense of saftey, well-being , or  death threat, fear monger and crazymake. Fatal Attraction, Fatal Vows obsessed sociopaths are inexscusable levels of domestic terrorists who need to be brought to justice and prosecuted. These type of people are deadly and harmful to the human species and race.
