Today's episode is a segment from a recent VeeFriends meetup I had in Germany! I was asked the question, how do I find a balance between listening to negative  criticism versus praise. No one knows everything about you, the only person who knows those things are you. So I allow no one's judgement of me, good or bad, seep into my mind state. Although I can see why people might think I am special, I don't believe it. I don't believe anyone should be a validator in MY life, and I want that for you as well...
