I've witnessed the instinct to shut down or turn away from this topic when bringing it up in conversation or group settings. In a way, I can understand the urge to turn a blind eye; the facts of climate change can be daunting. That's why we're starting off with a coffee and a conversation. Before we can get into the 𝙒𝙃𝘼𝙏 and 𝙃𝙊𝙒 to help... we need our deep subconscious to understand 𝙒𝙃𝙔 we need to show up for Mother Earth, who's spent millions of years providing and nurturing us into the intelligent species we are today.⁠ 

Just like we can't master new habits overnight, we also can't change the world this way either. By cracking open these conversations with those around us and making even the slightest bit of effort in our daily consumer habits, we can create some incredible change - all it takes is a little bit of discomfort and a wide open heart. ⁠
