The term "working mom" may seem well meaning and harmless to describe a woman who works for pay outside the home, however this term is one that host Lindsay Aerts would like to do away with. She describes how there is no such thing as a "working dad," and the term also devalues the work women who stay home do INSIDE the home. All women work.
