In this episode, I dive into the neuroscience and psychology behind why we don’t believe in ourselves. I explore how our limiting beliefs are actually physical neural pathways built through years of repetition, how we absorbed beliefs about ourselves during childhood (ages 0-7) when our brains were in a highly suggestible theta state, and why these beliefs feel like unchangeable facts about who we are.

Remember: You are NOT a fixed, finished product. You are a work in progress with unlimited potential. The stories you’ve been telling yourself about your limitations were never yours to begin with.
