Not because we didn't believe in it, we did, completely, but because starting something new always takes a bit of courage. Which, as it turns out, is exactly what this podcast is about.

We're Claire and Felicity. We've been friends for 25 years, and between us we've spent five decades working in schools, organisations, and businesses, supporting people, developing leaders, and having the kinds of honest conversations that most workplaces still find uncomfortable.

This first episode is our way of introducing ourselves properly. We'll tell you what brought us here, what we hope to give you, and why we think the world needs a little less flannel and a little more courage.
