Whites engage in charity, at home and abroad. We fund missions and Non Govermental Organizations as well as public agencies created to assist other nations and peoples, regardless of the circumstance. We even go to war or operate peace keeping missions where conflicts erupt. But there is a cost to all of these missions and charitable operations.
