Success that costs you your self-respect is a quiet trade most women were taught to accept.
In this episode of Her Table, Her Rules, Juliet Peters speaks with Suzy Batiz-Young, CEO and founder of Poo~Pourri and Supernatural, about the hidden compromises women make on the path to success. Suzy shares her journey from early hardship and multiple bankruptcies to building an iconic brand, revealing the hard truth that what you do to "get there" matters just as much as getting there.
Suzy explains how small, everyday decisions can slowly erode identity. Instead of trying to fix systems that diminish you, she offers a different approach which is to step away, build your own table, and lead from a place of clarity and self-trust.
If something in your path feels off, there's a reason. You don't have to trade pieces of yourself to move forward. Watch the full episode of Why Women Must Stop Compromising to Succeed.
