Building muscle is essential for women's health and should be embraced. Not only does having more muscle improve your overall strength and physical capabilities, but it also has numerous health benefits. Increased muscle mass helps to stabilize joints, improve bone density, boost metabolism, and enhance overall body composition. Contrary to popular belief, women won't become overly bulky. Instead, they can achieve a toned and sculpted physique that promotes strength, confidence, and vitality.
As we age ladies, we have less estrogen so lifting weights is that much more important bc living heater weights will initiate protein synthesis in our bodies.
