It’s a New Year and with that often comes a frenzy of crafting a process to figure out your “Word for the Year”. Maybe you have yours all figured out by now and are off and running into all your carefully-laid goals and plans for the year. Well, I’m not there yet!  And I’ve decided that is OK too.

In light of this annual focus on words, I thought I’d share my thoughts on why words can be so powerful in crafting a life you want.
